Vacancy – Customer Services Administrator and Quartermaster – Full Time
Purpose: Ensure a high level of customer care and quality of service for Multiplays online operations and maintain accurate records and storage of assets.
Location: Multiplay Office – Blackfield, Southampton
Package: £14000+ per year depending on candidate
Hours of Work: Full time (minimum 40 hours per week)
Areas of Work:
Provide support to the Customer Services Manager which will include but not be limited to:
* Ensure timely resolution to sales and billing enquiries
* Responsible for managing billing ticket queues from within the e-support system
* Responsible for managing enquiries via telephone and Live Support
* Control asset records and manage storage for both Physical and Digital assets
Skills and Experience:
* Good written and verbal English communication skills
* Experience in working in a customer service environment
* Good organisational skills
* Capable of moderate physical activity
* Good IT literacy and Microsoft Office knowledge
* Self motivated
